These Terms govern your use of CinemaDigest. By creating an account or using a paid feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or have appropriate parental or guardian permission.

Plans and usage

Free accounts receive three recap jobs per month. Paid plans provide the features and fair-use limits shown on the pricing page. “Unlimited” means unlimited ordinary use subject to reasonable rate, concurrency, and abuse-prevention limits.

Translation, batch processing, and future Studio features are available only to the plans that list them. Features may change as the service evolves.

Your content

You retain ownership of your media and outputs. You must have the rights needed to process the media you select. CinemaDigest does not claim ownership of your source media.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, bypass plan limits, share account access in a way that defeats limits, upload malware, or use the service unlawfully.

Payments and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing periods, cancellation, and refunds are presented at checkout and may be subject to applicable law.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may pause, modify, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
